Making a contribution to Zoom

We’ve had some people asking if they can donate to Zoom and so we’ve opened this page to facilitate that. Thankfully, the timing of the pandemic shutdown was such that we were able to avoid ordering seasonal supplies, such as shirts, medals and swim caps.

However, we do have about $5,000 in annual expenses for recurring fees such as website hosting and business insurance. We provided full refunds to participants when we canceled our June races because we firmly believed it was the right thing to do regardless of our need to cover our small annual expenses. This time has been challenging for many people and we know how much those refunds meant to those who have been hit hard with the downturn in the economy.

Here are the various ways you can help:

1. Purchase gift cards in increments of $25, $35 or $50 (no expiration date).

2. Make a donation of $100 and we’ll send you a promo code for a free race with no expiration date on it.

3. Donate whatever you can. Anything will help us in our mission to create safe, outstanding events throughout Ohio each year.
