What: Do you want to learn more about triathlon training and racing? Whether you’re a beginner preparing for your first race or a seasoned veteran who wants to get faster, we are here to help!
At this USAT sanctioned camp we will cover:
- Swim physiology, stroke and form
- Swim technique & drills for improving swim efficiency
- Strength training for improving swim power
- Nutrition for triathlon racing
- Swim to bike transitions
- Tips & tricks for triathlon and open water swimming
When: 7:00am-12:00pm on June 7, 2014 - NEW DATE
Where: Caesar Creek State Park beach in Waynesville, Ohio (Get Directions here)
Cost: $74.99 before 4/30/2014 OR $84.99 after 5/1/2014

The 2014 Z+ Multisport Camps are limited to 20 people and does not offer day-of registration. You must have a USAT membership or one day pass to attend this camp.

What to Bring
- USAT Membership Card or One Day Pass Receipt (verify your USAT membership for insurance purposes)
- Photo I.D.
- Training Clothes (we will be swimming)
- Clothes for our classroom sessions and breaks (there are NOT any showers on site)
- Swim Gear: Goggles, Towel, Wetsuit (optional), Swim Cap (optional)
- Transition Gear
- Heart Rate Monitor or GPS Watch (optional)
- Nutrition/Fuel & Drink to use before, during or after your workouts
- Pen and paper/notebook on which to take notes
- Deck or camping chair (optional)
- Sunscreen

- 25 Years combined racing experience in running, cycling, triathlon, and duathlon
- 10 Years combined coaching in running and cycling
- Collegiate athlete in Cross Country and Track and Field
- Competed in 2011 World Duathlon Championships
- Certified Spin Instructor
- Currently races for Team Dayton Cycling and Zoom Multisport Racing Team
