Whether you are a non-profit looking to partner with Zoom or an individual, spouse, friend, or spectator looking to help out, we have a place for you. Every Zoom race requires many, volunteers, and lifeguards. We would love your help. In exchange for your hard work, we will make a donation to your group, offer you a free race entry, or pay you. Plus we feed you, some great food from Lil' Zoom's Kitchen

Certified Lifeguards Wanted!

We are seeking certified lifeguards for help with our summer triathlons. We will pay $100, give you a free race voucher, or offer you volunteer/community service hours for your help. We ask that you work from 6am-11am monitoring an open water swim in an inland lake.

Details: Please wear your guard uniform/suit and bring your guard fanny pack (with CPR mask, whistle & gloves). We will provide you with a throw buoy and walkie-talkie. If you do not have a guard fanny pack with those items, please us know, and we will get you one. Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses/visor or hat, and a change of clothes. We will also provide food and drink. You will be guarding an open water swim, at an in-land lake on the beach or in a kayak (your choice). You will get orientation on-site. You will be in the water from about 7:00am-10:00am, but we will set up before and tear down after. Once you are done with your detail go to the registration tent for your payment or we will e-mail you a code for your free race after the event.
